BENEVOLENCE FUND REQUEST

People of Liminal: If you or a close friend or family member of yours are in need of financial assistance, please feel free to fill this out and submit it. We'd like to try to help you however we can.

Your request for funds is confidential. All money in the Fund was donated. The approval of your request will be based in part on the availability of donated funds as well as the urgency of need. The fund is not for ongoing or long-term expenses such as monthly medical expenses, etc. It is a one-time gift for urgent financial needs. The Elder Team or a smaller set of Elders will make the decision to approve or deny your request. If additional information is needed prior to the decision, the decision may be postponed. The church is not responsible for any gift tax that may be owed or to advise you on your tax return. Those questions should be addressed with your tax preparer.
